By becoming aware of the HATE campaign you have accepted all rights and responsibilities involved with being HATEd and HATing--which are none. HATE is provided for informational, educational, communicational, and artistic purposes only and may not reflect how you are actually HATEd. How you are actually HATEd may be said to you by your enemies if you make them angry. If needed, give them a copy of the HATE form and have them fill it out and send it to the Board of Trustees for approval. By reading HATE mail or any other form or version of the HATE campaign approved by the Board of Trustees, you have agreed to, and the terms and conditions related to the psychological problems of HATing and of being HATEd. These Terms and Conditions may change at any moment or time, as based on a personal perspective, and as agreed upon by the Board of Trustees, and supersede all earlier versions and require mandatory arbitration of disputes. Please read all conditions before writing to the Board of Trustees. ANY CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ARISING UNDER OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO OR CONCERNING ANY OF THE AGREEMENTS THEREOF, AND/OR PROVISIONS TO YOU OF IDEAS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF HATEMAIL (AAH) PURSUANT TO ITS PUBLISHED HATEMAIL INDUSTRIES ARBITRATION RULES. The American Association of Hatemail bear in mind is the official office of HATE. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any deficiency on your part to understand or misunderstand HATE. Failure to understand the campaign because of your own limitations are at the fault of the consumer of the project--you--and you may not sue or otherwise feel you can do anything to stop HATE. HATE and its Board of Trustees are not responsible for sending or inspiring HATE or unsolicited mail, email, or phone calls, and to claim so is a breach of contract on your part as the consumer.
